We always recommend booking ahead to avoid disappointment. (Please check our opening times for any seasonal closure dates)

Before booking a table please note the following:

  • If you are reserving for more than four people you may be spread across tables.
  • Our online system will take reservations for a maximum of 8 people per booking, if you require a booking for more than eight please email us direct
  • We cannot reserve tables outside due to the unpredictable British weather, however upon arrival of a reservation you may request outside if available.
  • We do not take bookings on Bank Holiday weekends.
  • Breakfast is served 9:30-12:00 and Afternoon Tea is served 12:00-16:00 every day. Lunch Bookings can be made all day however hot food finishes one hour before close (Which varies with the time of year)
  • Please be aware we have seating spread across two floors and our toilets are upstairs (And outside) therefore if you require a downstairs table please request this in your email/reservation.
  • We allocate a certain  amount of tables for reservations each day, this is to enable us to have enough room for walkins too.

Reservations up to eight people

Please use the RED LINK below, stating the following information:

  • Date
  • Time
  • How many people
  • Contact number
  • Email address
  • Plus any other information which may be relevant or helpful for your reservation, eg. dietary or allergen requirements
  • If you are you using a IN-HOUSE Voucher please add your voucher number and what it is for to the “any special requests” section when booking
  • ‘If you are using a THIRD PARTY Voucher please select the booking type “THIRD PARTY VOUCHER” Then add your voucher number (Once activated) in the “any special requests” section when booking. Please note if you do not the system will automatically decline your booking.
  • Once your reservation has been made you will receive a “Booking Request” email from us followed by either a “Booking Confirmed” email, or if for any reason we cannot accept your reservation you will receive a “Booking Declined” email. The day before you will receive  a reminder email before your booking (Please do check your spam folders for these) if you do not receive any emails or have any other queries please get in touch here:
  • If there are any special reuests or dietary requirements please us the “Any special requests” section.

We aim to respond to emails within 24hrs, please do not use this service for a same day booking.

Table Holding deposits

To hold a table by way of paying a deposit we will send a link to you to pay direct, this can be raised when requesting your reservation.
