  • Are you Dog Friendly? – Yes we are inside and out.
  • Do you have Vegetarian options? – Yes we have many different Vegetarian options on our ever changing Menu.
  • Do you cater for Dairy Free? – Yes as we are all continuing to learn about dietary requirements Dairy Intolerance is fast becoming one that more and more people suffer with, this is why we are introducing lots of choices of Dairy Free food, like our Dairy and Gluten Free Chocolate Fudge Cake and Milk alternatives like Oat Milk and Soya.
  • Do you have Vegan options?- Yes we have a complete Vegan Menu with full Breakfast, Lunch and Afternoon Tea offerings.
  • Are you Wheel Chair accessible? – Yes we are, please take a look at our Location & Access tab which has all details needed.
  • Do you take Coach Bookings? – Yes we do, we can cater for up to Sixty People inside at once on a pre booked basis. Please contact reservations@lionrocktearooms.co.uk with your requirements.
  • Do you cater for Private Functions? – Yes we do, over the years we have catered for Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Kids Afternoon Tea and Wedding Receptions to name a few. These can be arranged as a private table, to our private room, to a whole floor or even the whole Tea Room.

We participate in various promotions throughout the year with different suppliers and companies. Our Terms for these are as follows:

  • Photo copies will not accepted.
  • Screen shots are only accepted when the full Voucher has already been emailed to us when making the reservation.
  • Vouchers or offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • When using any type of Voucher they must always be reserved 48 hours in advance, this should be done by email only to reservations@lionrocktearooms.co.uk
  • We are unable to accept ANY Vouchers, promotional offers of any description on Bank Holidays (Including the Saturday & Sunday of the Bank Holiday) any celebratory day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Valentines etc.
  • We will not accept any walk-in Customers with Voucher or promotional offers.
  • We will not accept an answerphone or Facebook message on the day as acceptance of a booking, they should only be made by email and 48hrs in advance and only once a reply has been received. 
  • We cannot accept bookings if a email was sent but for whatever reason a reply was not received.
  • If a merchant Voucher has expired we are unable to accept or amend in any way, this can only be done through the merchant.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or with draw from any non contractual binding promotion without giving a specific reason.
