On February 1st 2018 Lion Rock Tea Rooms were presented a Bronze Award for the Café/Tearoom of the Year category in the South West Tourism Excellence Awards – the region’s premier tourism awards event.
Having won Gold in the Bristol, Bath & Somerset Tourism Awards 2017 we went up against the Winners of the Dorset, Devon & Cornwall winners in the same category to become one of the Three Finalists 
This year saw a record of 645 entries to consider, and the team of 40+ judges undertook a record 416 visits to entrants. All reports were then considered by the independent South West awards panel, which met on Friday.
