Ordering is quick and easy, Here’s what to do:

- Sign in if you are a member to claim points
- Choose your items and add to order
- Click your basket
- Choose your preferred time slot
- Enter your details
- Add any allergens or requirements
- Click place order, to pay on collection or pay by card (If you wish to claim a discount, e.g., local business or staff discount, please use the “Place Order” option and pay upon collection)

By placing an order through our Click & Collect service, you agree to the following terms:
- Allergens & Dietary Requirements. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergens or dietary requirements at the time of ordering. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is entirely free from allergens.
- Order Accuracy. Orders will be prepared according to the exact details submitted. Please ensure all items, options, and quantities are correct before finalising your order as mistakes cannot be rectified after without possible charge.
- Peak Time Delays. While we aim to have all orders ready promptly, during busy periods—such as weekends, holidays, or peak seasons—there may be a short delay. Ordering with as much advance warning will assist this. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
- Notice Period. Please give as much notice as possible when placing your order to help us ensure timely preparation and collection.
- Orders paid online at checkout will not be eligible for any discounts.
- If you wish to claim a discount (e.g., local business or staff discount), please use the “Place Order” option and pay upon collection.
- Otherwise you may pay by card to speed up your collection if you are in a hurry, or pay cash on collection.
- We reserve the right to request proof of employment or business affiliation to apply any local/employee/business discount.
- Service Availability. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or withdraw the Click & Collect service at any time without prior notice.
- Discount.Maximum value of discount on one order £15
- Alcohol. Does not include alcohol.
- Amendments to Terms. These terms and conditions are subject to change. It is the customer’s responsibility to review them before placing an order.
